Welcome to BDP Gwynedd,

The purpose of this site is to promote safe and responsible use of Personal Watercrafts in the County of Gwynedd, and to bring together PWC users from within the County and welcome those from further afield who enjoy the sport.

Being a keen PWC user myself who's spent many hours around the coastline of Gwynedd on my trusty Seadoo I am hoping that other PWC users find this site to be useful and interesting.

All are welcomed here be you a owner of a one, two or three seater sit down craft or stand-up craft owner, or even just interested in the sport and want to find out more.

Why BPD Gwynedd ?

Simple really BDP stands for "Badau Dŵr Personol" which is the welsh name for Personal Watercraft. Although often called "Jets Skis" this is a trademark name for Kawasaki - the correct name is Personal Watercraft.

YOUR ROLE

In order to make this site a success I am hoping for the support of the PWC community and would welcome and encourage you to send "ME" :-

• Brief details of who you are and where you are from along with Photos of your PWC so that they can be included in the Gallery & Stories section on the site.
• Photos of trips you have taken on your PWC around Gwynedd to update the Gallery & News section.
• Photos of any meets with other users of the BDP Gwynedd Website again to update the Gallery & News section.
• Details and photos if required of any items you would like included in the For Sale / Wanted section.
• Any suggestions regarding the site - i.e. what you would like to see included here or what you like / dislike.
• Craft Reviews and Beach / Slipway reviews to be included in the Review section.

You will also notice on the toolbar a "FORUM" facility, the success of this facility depends WHOLLY on your input to the site.
